Patricia Doxey manages client relationships, supports business development, and leads programs and projects across complex initiatives. Her work is currently focused on behavioral health systems and public health strategy.

Patricia is most effective when facilitating cross‑stakeholder conversations to address complex challenges. Her experience includes convening diverse partners to navigate multifaceted behavioral health systems as well as aligning stakeholders around strategies to reduce cancer incidence through prevention, screening, and early intervention. She brings a systems‑level perspective that helps translate complexity into shared understanding and actionable paths forward.

Patricia joined ºÚÁÏÍø (HMA) through the acquisition of Leavitt Partners. During her time with Leavitt Partners, Patricia supported healthcare leaders as they navigated an evolving and increasingly complex healthcare system. Her work focused on convening diverse stakeholders—including health systems, payers, life sciences organizations, and advocacy groups—to address multifaceted challenges and advance value‑based care. As a director, she partnered with current and prospective clients to scope and oversee consulting engagements with multiple workstreams, providing strategic guidance, quality control, and resource management. In parallel, Patricia led the firm’s training and development initiatives, shaping professional development processes, internal learning programs, and feedback practices to strengthen consulting effectiveness and healthcare expertise across the organization.

Prior to joining Leavitt Partners, Patricia was a managing editor and project manager for Diplomatic Language Services. Patricia earned her master’s degree in English from the University of Florida and her bachelor’s degree in English from Brigham Young University.
